You may cancel your order for whatever reason up to the point that it is shipped. HFSP does reserve the right to subtract the credit card processing fee, usually around 2.5% depending on your country, from any amount that is refunded. After the order has been shipped you must take delivery and ship the item back to us at which point we will refund your payment, minus the card processing charge.
If you have taken delivery of your order and are unhappy with any of the products received we will be happy to refund any items providing you meet the following criteria:
All refunds will be paid within a maximum of 14 days of HFSP receiving the goods back from you, but usually this will be within three working days.
Unless the item is broken / damaged or delivered in error, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item back to us. We also highly recommend that you insure the item when returning it back to us because the item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that we are not responsible for breakages or non-delivery by your courier.
